Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning aims to achieve optimal physical readiness through a variety of exercise.
Our trainers work closely with athletes to develop their technique, improve strength and power, and address weaknesses through individualized programs. By maximizing the physical capabilities of the athlete, they can reach their full technical potential.
Led by Kyle Turcotte, strength and conditioning is one of the dedicated services offered by the Canadian Sport Centre Manitoba.
