Emily Kessler is in her fourth year at the University of Winnipeg and is a Wesmen Wrestler. Emily is from Essex, ON, and started wrestling nine years ago when she was 13 years old. After high school, she committed to the U of W’s wrestling program, coached by Adrian Bruce. This year, Kessler won the Canada Cup in Guelph, Ontario. Ultimately, Emily’s dream is to become part of a senior national wrestling team, and attend the Olympic Games in 2020.

“Some days wrestling is a love/hate relationship for me, but it’s mostly love. I really enjoying going to practice and having the support of my team.”
