A virtual qualifier will be available to athletes who cannot make it to the event in person. Please see the Training Ground FAQ for more information.

Athletes who meet or exceed performance benchmarks set by national sport officials will be invited to attend the RBC Training Ground Final, where they’ll compete for a chance to receive funding and support to fuel their passion and ambition towards Olympic glory.

*Coaches and talent identification representatives from the 15 participating national sport organizations (NSO) select the top 100 athletes based on their performance at the local qualifier events. They are looking for athletes who met or exceeded the predetermined benchmarks set by each of the sports. Manitoba’s regional finalists can expect to receive an invitation by email.
