In Canada Insurance – New Option
We are introducing a new option for In Canada insurance coverage. The new option provides In Canada insurance protection as a result of a sport accident only. We will cover Canadian Athletes for a sport accident while they are participating in a practice, game or travelling to or from such practice or game.
The accident benefits are the same as the original CAIP in Canada insurance which includes some key benefits as follows:
- Physiotherapy, Athletic therapy and Massage therapy
- Various paramedical services
- Hospital charges, prescription drugs, ambulance, medical and durable equipment
- Accidental dental
- X-rays and lab exams including MRI, Cat Scans and Ultrasounds
This insurance option can be purchased on its’ own or together with the CAIP travel medical insurance. When both policies are purchased, we will continue to cover the CAIP member In Canada following an accident that occurs outside Canada.
The following options are available:
- Bronze – $25 annual premium
- Silver – $50 annual premium
- Gold – $80 annual premium
The CAIP website has been updated and includes all the information, summaries, enrollment forms and policies.
Do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
