What careers exist in the world of sports?

There are endless examples of careers available in the world of sport. This goes from administration, to sport science, both mental and physical training, media, coach, player, and so many more in between.

Join Leah Hextall, a sports broadcaster who has made history as the first woman to call play-by-play for an NHL game on Sportsnet, and Venla Hovi, a Finnish Olympic hockey hockey player and newly appointed head coach of the Okanagan Hockey Academy’s Female U17 Prep team, as they discuss the paths they took to get where they are now; the triumphs, struggles, the barriers faced along the way, and the hard work and dedication that it takes.
